GPS Speed Traps
This topic seems to make even me a bit uneasy. Currently being tested, there is a system being implemented that allows law enforcement teams to track and pinpoint vehicles that are speeding… FROM SATELLITE! There are claims being made that the system can read plates in any lighting and in any weather. The system will have speed limit data from every road listed in it and will monitor the amount of time that it takes a vehicle to get from point A to point B. This will be a new way to track and a much more effective way since it no longer requires a line of sight for the radar to be able to track the vehicle in question.
